Original Prusa i3 MK2 30to40mm fan adapter

This is a adapter to use a 40x40mm fan instead of the original noisy 30x30 fan.
Airflow may not be optimal, but it works. I've measured the temperature of the heatbreak before and after the mod. It's about 5°K higher as with the original fan.
