The screw socket for the connector on the Audio Technica ATH-M40X breaks easily with normal use. This makes the cans (the speaker section) likely to fall off of the metal mount and cause further damage. After both broke on my headphones, I designed and printed this piece to get my headphones up and running again. Works just as well as the original, and is a hell of a lot sturdier.
