DailyEarring#109: Woolwinder (with gears, video inside)

Minimalist wool winder (not as cool as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13816 ! - go there if you are looking for a usable version ;-))

While I used string in thingiverse.com/thing:17822 I now managed to use a gear!

Unfortunaly, at this scale, it does not run very smoothly. Sometimes it needs to be pushed further or wiggled around.
But the heck with it, it's an earring. Who would need such tiny skeins anyway? :-) If anyone wants to give
