Prusa P3 Base

This is a remix of denisc's excellent Horizontal filament spool holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:431189) reworked, so that the original table mounted base can be mounted on top of a Prusa P3 Steel frame (or any frame with a top bar being equal or less to 50 mm in height and 3 mm in width).
