OpenRC F1 Front Spoiler flexible mount and stronger spoiler

Tried to improved the original design of the front spoiler from barspin's OpenRC F1.
The spoiler is a little bit stronger at the point where it often breaks when you hit something with the spoiler.
Additional I tried to change the mount of the spoiler with a flexible part, so the spoiler can move during an impact instead of breaking directly.

Up to now it worked good for me, but you should prevent hard hits anyway :)
