K Cup Portion Pack or similar k cup tea opener recycle device (update for heavy office use!!!! (fits inside wide mouth jar rim/lid))

This device fits where the lid goes on a wide mouth mason jar. The purpose is to save the most expensive part of the [non recyclable] k cup portion packs to:
A.) have a second life in a compost pile, or
B.) miss going into the solid waste stream which could save on many pounds of heavy wet coffee removal per year...

Where I work we empty/shake out our jar every few days on the grass outside, hasn't killed it yet!
