Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B Single Bowden extruder holder for E3D V6 or clone

This is my version of holder for Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B.

I haven't tested this model yet because I'm waiting parts from China but I'm releasing this model in case someone want test it first.

Hardware:

2 - M3x50 screw for sensor mount or M3x25 without sensor mount;
2 - M3 square nut;
3 - M3x10 screw;
3 - M3 hex nut
5 - M3 washer
