Customiser: Filament reel stand on top rods

This design supercedes http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1801124, and has been created for use in conjunction with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1792366, which purpose is to strengthen the frame of the Prusa i3 Pro B. I refrained from the temptation to design this free of metal ball bearings and other non-printable parts, like the metal rods, as I'm stepping on these kind of materials here, given my collector's nature of everything seemingly or potentially useful.
