A better flitetest control horn

A control horn that has a base so it's easier to mount and is stronger.

Best laser cut out of 2mm acrylic or wood, but you can 3d print them (the fit is tight though)

3mm hole for an m3 servo linkage stopper and a 1.1mm hole for 1mm wire
