CTC Bizer remix of squash ball dampeners anti vibration feet

Remixed this as needed 6mm gaps for the ctc and a complete cut through as the right angle in the original wouldnt allow the frame to sit in the grooves.

I flipped them 180° to print the flat surfaces on the bed.
