Simple and strong double wall/door hook

This is a modification/remix of the Simple wall hook(s) by Halfwitt2 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1663352

I added a top hook, added fillets in the corners for extra strength, countersunk and moved the screw holes slightly for best spread of load.
