Folger Tech FT-5 Z axis Home Switch Fixed

This is a well needed fix for the Folger Tech FT-5 "Z" axis home switch. I was tired of trying to hold the little nyloc nuts so I modeled the switch clamp with nut holders. The "Z axis screw clamp" is sized to fit a 6-32 bolt tight so no nut is needed. Now it's easy to get just the right adhesion.
