This is a pressure-mounted fan and differential IR sensor mount for the E3D V6 extruder.
This is a combination of two excellent things, the E3D V6 fan shroud, and simon0362's slimline sensor mount that usually goes between the fan and the fan shroud.
Simply screw the sensor board onto the mount, capacitor facing forward, and then screw the fan in. The mount clips to the heat sink exactly like the official one. Recalibrate your printer's M851 offset, and you're good to go.
