gyro spinner

A set of 4 concentric rings with handles that can each be snapped into each other in 8 different positions. This was an experimental toy to see how spinning the outer ring affected the inner ones when they are set to different positions. I added a version of the inner ring that holds 6 9.5mm steel balls so the smallest ring has some mass for better spinning.
