This is my optimized belt tensioner for the Vertex K8400.
My belt on X-Axis was very loose, so I have created a new tensioner.
With this one you need an open belt (I just cut mine).
To reach a good tension I cut off some teeth (1-4 - be carefull! just cut one by one!).
The print quality was significantly increased!
The top part was made to easily grab and realign the assembled parts.
