I printed mine with Ultimaker 2+ with Polymaker Filament. To account for shrinkage you might want to print the head first (stop at the first 10mm of the print), and see if it fits your hex hardware. Then scale it up or down if necessary.

NOTE!!
This is not for heavy duty uses. It's designed for RC Model nylon hardware. (Y
