Ok. I know that Nema23 stepper is an overkill for MPCNC.
Actually I have some on my shelf therefore I made this simple hack.
The design process was performed with OpenSCAD but ihe source looks so ugly that I have attached only the STL result.
You have to change the four original M3 screws and four nuts to M5 ones.
