QX90 Antenna Guard

Based on rphoenix72's design but rebuilt from scratch. I found his design to be too short to fit over my antenna as well as a little too thin. I made the guard longer to fit over the antenna, made it a little thicker, and added a lip around the edge to make it even more rigid.
