LED Bridge Lamp HUE mods

In spite of the fact that they're stoooopid expensive, I decided to use Hue Lightstrips (2nd generation) in my LED Bridge Lamp, so I modified a few parts from Opossums' **stellar** design to facilitate that. Here's what's included:

+ **light_guide_AB-hue**
The two-part (A and B) light guide, modified to support a single LED strip up to ~15mm in width. Hue lightstrips are ~14.5mm wide.
