Delta Effector with Autolevel and fan shrouds

UPDATE: Older Kossels have carriage rod spacing of 40mm, while the newer ones with this shroud have 42, I have added a version of the shroud with 40mm spacing to cover both older models and newer.

UPDATE: Added an improved version of the shroud to include exhaust vents for the cooling fan. Design that comes with New kossel's do not have this feature

UPDATE: After printing one out and double checking the measurements I noticed that for some reason I had the spacing for the rod mounts at 38m
