Scrappy Jack O' Lantern - fits $1 store LED tealight

Wanted something more frightful, so made a few modifications to [Baby Jack](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1848007).

Also, designed a custom support that prints 25% faster and uses about 25% less material than derived supports. seven with ).4mm clearance they do seem to grip a bit. A forceps works great to dig the support out.
