Simple "Hello World" for a WaterColorBot

I whipped up this drawing in a few minutes to smoke-test my new WaterColorBot (#23!), and it worked out quite well!

There's of a course a ton of room for improvement, but I was just happy to have such a successful start to learning how to use the new robot. :)
