Monoprice Maker Select Bigger Spool Holder v2

The spool holder that came with my monoprice maker select v2 was too small to hold the spool I also got from monoprice... so I designed one that's properly sized. Bolts on with the original nut.

Changes from v1: thinned down the tip of the holder from 45mm to 25mm, thinned down the bulk of the length from 37mm to 20mm, aside from the last 10mm
