Wiggly (?) Spinner Fidget

I wondered if a shift of the weights of these spinner fidget thingies everybody makes nowerdays would do anything. I'm not good at physics so either this fact or the screws i used as weights were not heavy enough means that the offset of mass is too little for a significant effect. I did feel a small change in behaviour when shifting these small weights around. So i thought i'd post this idea here and see if the community has anything to improve about this... ;)
