Chopsticks Holder and Stand

Holder and stand for chopsticks 7.2mm in diameter. I'm using them with [Alocs split backpacking chopsticks](http://amzn.to/2eiTDTM)* but it can probably be rescaled for other sizes.

Print with 0.3mm extrusion width.
