Lulzbot Mini wibbly wobbly, timey wimey spool arm upgrade

Story goes, I had a 5/16x2-1/2 bolt and a hand full of 608 skate board bearings laying around that weren't earning their keep so I decided to put them to work. Never really had a problem with this on the Mini but I noticed spool holders with bearings are a hot topic.
