ctc replicator dual - z axis lower & upper guide supports

After trying in vain to get the Z axis at 90 degrees to the Y in my bot I had to tinker then redesign a set of Z axis guide supports that let me fine tune the angles to get it to 90 degrees from the 88 degrees that my bot seemed to be built at.. That 2 degrees difference seems to be just enough out of true to cause me some strange printing results.
