Yet another jig for parallel lines and music staves

Another attempt at the thing I did before, which in turn was a tweak of somebody else's thing (see the remix source link).

Removed the handle as I believe this elongated shape is appropriate for holding directly as opposed to the original, rather short clamp. Also switched the hooks because I think they'll get in the way of inserting the writing implements.

As before, it may not be fully parameter-ready. Be advised to double-check the preview before having one 3D-printed.
