2020 Universal Spool Roller

remix of very nice spool holder by DWONH http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:629381 to fit onto 2020 extrusion famed printers

Added a new version of the holder which sits it 20mm or so higher and has more clearance for WIlson II printers but nothing else changed.

All other files are unchanged from the original design.

An excellent no bolt, clip together design It uses 608zz bearings. There is provision to bolt it to the 2020 but as is it's not need.
