Simple & Smart Spool Holder for Anet A8 - base and filament guide

Warning: This spool holder has problems with filament falling off the spool. The solution may be to use some PTFE tube to guide the filament, like in [this holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:508896), but it will defeat it's easy of use. So I given up on this holder and working on a roller holder version, a remix of [this one](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1832235), for Anet A8.
