18650 3s Battery Pack

Created a 3s 18650 battery pack for the DJI FPV Goggles with slight curvature to make this more comfortable in your pocket.
The hinge and latch are nicely recessed.
I just used a steel pin from Ace Hardware for the hinge but had to ever so slightly drill the hole bigger for a snug fit.
The screws are M3 Cap Heads 10mm
I had to do some filing down of the hinge to get a good bite but not so much that it would over stress the PLA and cause it to break. I went back and did my best to compensate for the excess material in model.
The battery terminals are from a local electronic shop (I couldn't find the exact ones I used online). The recess for them are 14mm x 11mm & 4mm wide for the extended bit. you should be able to find something close.
Inside the shell where your power lead enters the body is a "service loop" and will also help with tension relief
I chose to use a barrel plug, but you can certainly use a XT60 instead.
The Shell can be printed with as low as 25% inf
