This 18650 battery holder was inspired by Alex Yang's (YXC) design. thing:2668159
I needed a holder that could take the longer protected cells so I modelled this one in Fusion 360.
Swapping out batteries is very simple thanks to the clever spring concept utilising the properties of the material.
I printed it using a 0.6mm nozzle and it prints in about an hour.
