18650 Battery Insulating Cap

I created this to prevent an 18650 with damaged outer covering from shorting and catching fire. It sparked one day while putting it on the charger and I didn't want to use it much after that. This cap will insulate the ground on the outside shell of the battery from the positive side of the battery if you've got a battery with damaged outer insulation.
