This is a Dremel attachment used to clean up spot welds on 18650 batteries. I recycle laptop batteries and build battery packs for various projects. Hope you find it useful!
My printer is probably not all that accurate, so I needed to make the threads fairly loose to fit my older model Dremel (MultiPro Model 395 Type 5).
