ZMR-250 Tilting camera (Fatshark 600TVL)

I made some design changes to the existing parts. The side frames are re-drawn to give some clearance undeneath the servo for the wiring on the PDB.
The camera roation point was moved forward to get a clear view without looking at the carbon plates.
The rotation point on the cameraholder was also moved so the lens does not move up-down as much when tilting.
