Handle for Removal Tool

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1617771, altered to have a flat base so it can be printed without supports. I had good results printing it with 4 shells, 20% infill in PLA on a replicator 2. To insert the blade, I clamped the blade in a vice and tapped the handle onto it with a hammer.
