Revised to 2.2 - tab hole positions moved to allow better bolt access

Revised to v2.1 a few minor tweaks , added a ribbed back, tapered a few edges to allow the silicone to pour in better.

This is based on the team blacksheep loveseat , used on multicopters to isolate vibrations to the gopro camera range (will work with others).

its a rough design, i will comeback and tidy up the design of this, once i get chance.i would like to have it hinged and free from none 3d printed parts.
