Adjustable Golf Cart Seat Back Brackets

I recently purchased a used 2007 EZ-GO Golf Cart. I loved everything about the cart except the wrap around seat backs which had only about a 5 degree incline angle which made me have to sit back too far and sit up straight to be comfortable.

If I were to put a block under it to force the seat back out further it would prevent me from raising the front seat to get to the batteries.
