C/D-Bot E3D Titan Extruder Carriage Probe Adapter

this was inspired by ElmoC 's plate to mount the E3D Titan as a direcr drive on the D/ C-Bot with a proximity probe... I have the smaller probe so i have designed a plate to allow the smaller probe to be mounted without having to redesign anything... just bung it on with some super glue and your good to go :) ... Gives a little bit of added strength as well :)
