Prusa I3 electronics cover for mini Rambo1.0a

This is updated OpenSCAD files of the original Prusa I3 MK2. I am upgrading my old Prusa I3 and found out some of my printer parts are too old for MK2 upgrade KIT.
I have updated file to accommodate mini Rambo 1.0a electronics (you could prolong the case. I made it as parameter so it could be customized (be aware this affect holes positions of extruder and heat bed cables). Suggested minimum enlarge for Mini Rambo 1.0a is 15 mm.
