E3D Mount with blower and 18mm Z induction mount - repaired

it wasnt properly solid, so there was a hole with the original part.
I made it solid with meshmixer, though the settings were probably a bit brutal, thus the huuuge file size, but i wanted to keep the quality as good as possible. might redo it if someone wants it,
