MP Select Mini Filament Spool Holder for Full Sized Rolls (Malyan M200)

I decided to remix the Spool Holder from cantizzy to get proper alignment with the filament intake of the MP Select Mini (Malyan M200). That way the filament can unroll even easier.

I included the 123dx files from Autodesk 123D Design and also .gcode files with settings that worked perfect for me on my MP.
