Ceramic Knife Handle 2

Updated version of a previous [handle design](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:210129). This version is thicker, so should be stronger and more comfortable. Uses a blade from [this knife*](http://www.banggood.com/Folding-Kitchen-Ceramic-Knife-Colorful-Eco-friendly-Zirconium-Oxide-Fruit-Ceramic-Knife-p-1030393.html?p=EY011634303112016018). Useful in situations where a normal knife may be susceptible to rust.
