XBL117 SLY.VESTER pack

I've drawn up a few parts which may be useful for building Tomoquad's excellent XBL117 micro fpv quadcopter! All together they weigh ~4g, depending on infill. I really like the XBL117 frame design, but after flying the tiny whoop I know firsthand just how easy it is to destroy those little cloverleaf antennas. Switching to a whip antenna ought to make things quite a bit more robust!
