40mm Fan Mount for Mini Kossel

This is a derivative of Joey Doll's 40mm fan mount for the Mini Kossel. I added a third mounting hole to give it more options for placement and removed some of the excess bulk for easier placement of surrounding parts and to make it lighter. Also added "Kossel" text cutout as a way to lighten the part and add to the aesthetics.
