Bushing Blocks / Sliding Adapter for Ultimaker and Clones

This is Version 2 of my Sliding-Blocks, nicer design, less parts to assemble it still works with 8mm rods on all axis, 6mm GT2-Belt and 1 Sinterbronze-Bearings/Block. The distance between the rods is 18mm, like the original Ultimaker. So you can use the original mount for hotends.
But if you install the sliders, the rods are lay up on the sliders, so you have an additional spce on the z-axis.
