Slim optical drive to 5.25" bay adapter

My first attempt at modeling something. After looking for an adapter for a slim DVD drive to 5.25" adapter and finding either a dual drive one that used a ton of material or one that I wasn't sure if it was even what I was looking for, I decided to take a swing at making my own. The square hole at the top of the adapter is for a dual USB port since I've got a ton of extras in a box and there is a free spot on my motherboard for one.
