versatile and robust steadycam gimbal

the gimbal is designed to have versatile mounting options:
- M12 for standard camera rigs with 15mm rods. 0° & 45° with 60mm spacing, 90° single
- 1/4 inch for standard camera screws with 20 40 and 60 mm spacing on the side
- 4mm for other mountings

used standard parts:
- 4x: M3x16 + 2 washers + 1 nut
- 4x: M6x25 + (optional small washer) + nyloc nut
- 4x: d6 D12 H4 radial bearing
- 2x: d8 D16 H5 radial bearing
- M8 threaded rod (or other 8mm rod/tube)
