Guidler with Lever for MakerFarm Kits

This is a Remix from GregFrost Guidler but with a Grab Lever just like RichRap's Guidler.

This design also has a little more material around the base of the Filament Guide and an oversized M3 Nut-trap on both sides of the Fulcrum Hinge, like the ones that come with the MakerFarm kits.

I know there are far better Guidler designs than mine, but this one is my first attempt at trying to learn OpenSCAD.
