Universal Open Cable Chain

I really liked the cable chain design by Elpo, but unfortunately it didn't include end pieces for the chain links to mount to. Elpo's original chain links were 10mm wide on the inner dimension, but I decided to up the size to 12mm as I wanted something a little bit bigger for my printer.

Note: When connecting the male end piece to the first link, you will need to cut or break off the hinged piece along with the two lower posts in order for it to snap in. This only needs to be done on the firs
